Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Once shipped, you can only reject them at delivery.
Cancellation windows vary by category—refer to the product page for specific terms.
After the cancellation window, a fee may apply unless waived at our discretion.
If a seller cancels your order, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
BargainKart reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests.

Easy Doorstep Cancellation

  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Violation of terms or detected fraudulent activity
  • Logistics issues or unforeseen events (force majeure)

Return & Replacement Guidelines

  • Returns allowed within specified window.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Hygiene/safety products may not be returnable.

Returns Pick-Up & Processing

If you'd like the item(s) picked up from a different address, changes are allowed only if pickup is available at the new location.

During pick-up, the product will be checked for the following:

Category Conditions
Correct Product IMEI, brand, serial number, image, and MRP tag must match the item delivered and remain intact.
Complete Product Include all in-box items, accessories, freebies, and combos (if any).
Unused Product Product must be unused and with no tampering to quality seals or tags. Remove screen locks and disable iCloud/Google locks before returning electronics.
Undamaged Product Should be free from scratches, dents, or physical damage including to SIM tray, ports, and panels.
Undamaged Packaging Original box and packaging must be intact.

Refunds (if applicable) are initiated once the returned product is received by the seller.

General Rules for a Successful Return

  • If a replacement can't be processed, a refund will be issued.
  • Missing or defective accessories may be replaced or refunded via eGV at seller’s discretion.
  • During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on-the-spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.   • For items requiring installation, don’t open packaging yourself. Let authorized personnel handle it.
  • Furniture issues are inspected by service agents. Faulty parts may be replaced; full replacements only if necessary.
  • BargainKart may restrict returns per product after inspection and evaluation.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Credited to original payment method.
  • Email/SMS alerts sent at each step.
